Welcome to the Cool Mobility.biz Web site to accompany James A. Senn's Information Technology: Principles, Practices, and Opportunities, Third Edition.  

Cool Mobility is a running case/exercise designed to accompany the third edition text. Each of the 14 chapters of the book contains an exercise that requires you, acting as a consulting intern on assignment to the Cool Mobility company, to visit the company's Web site. Some of the chapter exercises are designed to enable you to become familiar with the Web site by retrieving information from this site. Others focus on the Web site's features, asking you to evaluate them as a means of applying the concepts, tools, and practices described in the chapter. Still others request that additional features be designed in order to augment the capabilities of the Web site.

The Cool Mobility.biz site has both a Public and Intranet site which you will need to access in order to answer the exercises in the running case.  

You will need to input one of the phone numbers to "Manage Your Cool Account" on the public homepage.
