Arthur Andersen: KnowledgeSpace

KnowledgeSpace is a web-based knowledge service designed to help improve business performance. It integrates Arthur Andersen's business resources with daily news and insights to help business people identify and address issues and opportunities. The KnowledgeSpace Web site is at http://www.knowledgespace.com/.

ShareNet is a separate Web-based offering announced by Arthur Andersen in October, 1998. The product announcement can be found by starting at the Arthur Andersen home page and selecting the option of looking at ShareNet The Arthur Andersen home page is http://www.arthurandersen.com. ShareNet addresses the fact that many global companies are introducing stock options to compensate and motivate employees, yet many have not done an adequate job of addressing the tax, legal and financial risks associated with operating share plans on a worldwide basis.
