Produce an entity-relationship diagram using a word processor

Identify a database you have encountered or used and based on your understanding of the information in the database, create an entity-relationship diagram. If a program for producing ERDs is available to you, please use that program. (You could use Microsoft Access, but will have to go through some preliminary efforts to define the tables and their keys.) If you do not have a better way to produce an ERD, use the following Microsoft Word document as a starting point: Entity-relationship diagram - a starting point (35 KB Word 97 file in self-executing archive).
