Reflect on difficulties in using and learning about a technology such as MS Office. Look at your own experience in learning the various components of MS Office.
- Identify a specific set of commands or some other aspects of a particular software product (such as Word or Excel) that you believe was especially easy to learn and explain why that part of the product seemed so easy.
