Perhaps the next major Internet application is the digital jukebox. The jukebox software, which is offered by Microsoft, Real Networks, and others records and stores music on the PC. The software can play music from the Internet or CDs based on user-defined playlists. Jukebox software also has the capability to play popular videos along with the music.
