Evaluate Option
The value of a function is found by using the F(x) option.
While viewing a graph, press
to view the math menu.

Move the cursor to the desired x coordinate and
press
to select the F(x) option.

The y coordinate of the function appears at the bottom of the screen
and is added to the stack.
Here, the value is at about 0.538.
Note: If there is more than one function the HP will evaluate
only the first function. To rotate through functions select
Next Equation by pressing
in the math menu.
The first equation will be put at the end of the list and all others move
up one spot.
To evaluate the function for a very spicific value of x go to the stack and put the
desired value on the top.

Type the name of the indepentant variable, probably x, as an algebraic expression
(ie. 'X') and
type
.

Type EQ then
.
If there is more than one equation, drop the stack until you get to the
equation you wish to evaluate and press
.
The value of the equation for that particular x will be put onto the stack.
