. To enter Avogadro's number, first type the decimal part, 6.02, then press the

Note that although the key for scientific notation is labeled EE, only a single E is pasted into the entry line. Think of the calculator notation, 6.02E23, as 6.02 times 10 with an Exponent of 23.
