The Area Formulas application includes a review of the definitions and the area formulas for the
rectangle, square, parallelogram, triangle, trapezoid, and circle.
The development of the formulas is shown graphically.
There are also examples of the calculation of area for each shape.
You can also take a 15-question multiple-choice quiz.

Press and select 4:AreaForm
Press until you see this screen.
Select the first option.
Select one of the shapes. For this example, we will use 5:TRAPEZOID. When you make the selection, the definition will appear.
Now, select the Area option.
Selecting "WHY" will initiate a geometric demonstration of how the formula is developed.
Selecting "EXAMPLE" will initiate an example being worked out.
If you wish to take the quiz, select that option from the Select a Mode screen.
Choose the level your wish to take.
