Not all options are given in the entry format. Options that are used frequently will be included, but others are omitted from the table. For a complete format listing, you can check the TI-89 manual. Results in complex mode are not covered. They can be found in the manual.

1:>Hex integer1 >Hex

Converts the integer to a hexadecimal
number. Binary or hexadecimal
numbers always have a 0b or 0h
prefix.

2:>Bin integer1 >Bin Converts the integer to a binary
number. Binary or hexadecimal
numbers always have a 0b or 0h
prefix.
3:>Dec integer1 >Dec Converts the integer to a decimal
number. Binary or hexadecimal
numbers always have a 0b or 0h
prefix.
4:and, 5:or
6:xor, 7:not
These are explained in the Test menu.
8:(-) - expression This is the negate key which appears
on the keypad as well.
