Your spleen and you!: This is a place with a question and answer section dealing with the spleen. There are no pictures but great information on the spleen and its removal when necessary.

Cardiovascular Pathology: This is a place where you can find gross anatomy pictures of the cardiovascular system and the diseases associated with the heart.
Hematopathology: This is a place where you can find pictures of blood and blood-related diseases.
The Cardiovascular System: This is a place to explore how the blood and heart work together. You'll find information about the make-up of the blood. You'll also find some good diagrams and a movie of a dog's heart in motion.
The American Heart Association: This is a place that offers a large collection of resources associated with the heart and heart disease.
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute: This site is maintained by the NHLB, a part of the Federal Government's National Institutes of Health. At this site you can find information about NHLB research and educational activities.
Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) Home Site: This is a place that has many links dealing with smoking, lungs, and health. This is a good resource because the links are particularly informative.
Pulmonary Pathology Images: This is a place with many anatomy photos of the respiratory system. Many of the pictures show normal, abnormal, and diseased tissues.
Respiratory Tract Pathology: This is a place containing many links that deal with the respiratory system.
It's All in the Lungs: The Pulmonary System: This is a place that deals with a combination of the respiratory and circulatory systems. The information is detailed and the pictures are good.
The Discovery of the Pulmonary Circulation Revisited: This is an historical perspective on the medical discovery linking the lungs and the circulatory system.
Pulmonary Medicine/Lung: This is a place that has many links dealing with the lungs and pulmonary system. Some of the links deal with diseases and others deal with research.
