This software enables the user to locate geographic areas that fit a particular life-style or demographic profile. For example, it lets a retailer identify a geographic area (a county, census tract, block group, or zip code) with higher than average income, or larger than average household size. It is especially useful in targeting areas for market expansion by retailers.
