  • Become aware of what you are eating and how often. Keep a week-long journal of the foods you eat. Note when you eat, and how you feel afterward.

  • Certain foods bring you "down" - determine which these are and AVOID THEM.

  • What are your "high energy" foods? Caffeine, sugar, and starches should NOT be consumed late in the evening - they contribute poor sleep quality.

  • Eat more fruit.

  • Most of us walk around chronically dehydrated. If there is a real Fountain of Youth, it is running with pure, sparkling water. A symptom of dehydration is fatigue.

  • You really ARE what you eat. Greasy cheeseburgers contribute to obesity and lack of energy.

  • Taking a stress formula vitamin can greatly improve your energy level and get you through the day.
