Daily Schedule

In order to determine how much of your time is given to a single goal in an individual day, you'll need to keep a daily log. Print this form and for the next week, analyze how much time you spend on your main activities . Make sure your totals equal 24 hours for a day. When you're finished, you'll graph your hours to give you a visual representation of how you spend your time. Then you'll assess whether the time you're giving is going in the direction of the things you value most.

Next, graph the total hours spent on each activity in a circle (pie chart). Use different colored pens or pencils to differentiate the activities. Which activity receives the most amount of your time? The least? Is the way you divide acceptable? Why?
