Developing Management Skills, 7/e

Whetten • Cameron

New to the seventh edition of Developing Management Skills by Whetten and Cameron are the following features:

New activities have been added on topics such as: active listening, emotional intelligence, fostering creative problem solving, team work and team coordination, and leading positive change.

Skills Assessments begin each chapter, starting with the PAMS assessment in the introduction, allowing students to see which skills they need to focus on more. It shows students with little work experience that most managers struggle with one or more skills presented in the book. Students can now access these assessments online through an access code protected site. This online assessment asks students to provide demographic information about themselves, allowing them to receive more personalized feedback.

Students! Please note that access to the new 7e site requires an Access Code. Please speak with your instructor as to the requirements of this site in your course and how to obtain a code if you do not already have one.

Instructors! Please note that access to the new 7e site requires an Access Code. Please speak with your Pearson sales representative as to how to obtain codes for your students.
